At Form & Function Osteopathy we allow patients to change or reschedule their appointments up to 12 hours prior free of charge. If you wish to cancel your appointment within the 12-hour period then a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. However, if we manage to fill your spot, then no charges will occur.
 
Failure to attend your appointment without notification will incur a 100% fee.
